Job Description

We are RGO Expert – a growing eCommerce company with established brands like GEROBUG. Our products are sold through Amazon FBA, Shopify, and other channels. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a reliable Supply Chain Manager to help us manage and optimize our procurement and logistics processes with a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and digital workflows.

Your responsibilities

Manage the full supply chain operation – from purchasing to final delivery
Handle inventory planning, forecasts, and restocking
Coordinate with suppliers in Germany, Austria, and Poland – mostly in German
Oversee imports, transportation, and warehouse logistics
Optimize supply chain performance (lead times, purchasing conditions, storage costs)

Your profile

Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or eCommerce
Good written German skills (spoken German is a plus) – since 90% of our suppliers are based in the DACH region or Poland
Confident working with Google Sheets
Familiarity with EPR tools and in best case you even have experience with Amazon Seller Central – but not required, we’ll teach you everything you need
Structured, reliable, and self-driven work style
Strong communication skills with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams
English skills for occasional collaboration with Asian suppliers
